Shipment of your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature.

The shipping methods are:

• BPost Bpack suivi, delivered without signature. If you prefer delivery by Colissimo Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.
• Mondial Relay, tracked, delivered to a relay point of your choice. Please note that parcels are dispatched from Tuesday to Saturday.
• stamped envelopes without tracking or insurance for small items.

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link to track your package online (except for envelopes).

We offer free shipping on orders of at least €150 to Belgium, €250 to France, Luxembourg, Germany and the Netherlands, and €350 to the rest of Europe. These offers do not apply to certain heavy and bulky products, such as game baskets or certain targets, for which shipping costs are too high in relation to their value. Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may include a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to combine your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Packages are oversized and well-protected.
