Its illuminated OLED display lets you choose between several operating modes: Distance, Horizontal Distance, Angle, Rain and Hunting. Of course, the reticle's light intensity can be set to 6 different positions, so you can see clearly without being dazzled.
Ideal for both bowhunters and mountain hunters, it will give you direct sighting distance regardless of the height at which you're standing and the angle at which you're going to shoot: angle compensation for treestand hunting. In addition to its compact, pocket-friendly design, this little waterproof rangefinder features a 6X zoom, accurate rangefinding to 1 meter and automatic shutdown for battery saving.
Completely waterproof, its nitrogen-purged casing guarantees no internal condensation.

ANGULAR RANGE COMPENSATION: In ballistics, the sighting distance and the actual distance between a shooter and his target vary according to the angle of fire. A projectile fired upwards or downwards will travel a shorter distance from the ground (and therefore subject to the Earth's gravitational pull) than a projectile fired horizontally. The projectile will be subject to the earth's attraction over a shorter distance, and its point of impact will therefore be higher.
