Bloodhounds are large leashes used to follow tracking dogs through the thickest thickets. They are recommended to be very conspicuous so that they can be grabbed after going around a tree in a thick shed, abrasion-resistant, damp-proof, non-slip, etc... The flat lanyard models are recommended for strong dogs and large breeds, while for small dogs such as Dachshunds, we recommend the round Biothane® models.

Biothane® is a tough, high-tech polyester fabric with a protective polymer coating. The high-quality core ensures that the material is extremely tear-resistant. The weather-resistant, easy-to-clean material is mildew-resistant, moisture-resistant, almost completely colourfast and resistant to bacteria.

The Mixed Orange/Yellow model is particularly practical when you're letting the lanyard slip through your fingers in a dark shed, so you know when you've reached the end of the lanyard and can grab it before it slips out of your hand.
