The Summit 180 Max SD self-climbing treestand has a 5cm wider seat frame, a weight limit of 158 kg, a wide aluminium platform with 6 crosspieces and an ultra-comfortable, height-adjustable seat. Its sturdy front bar lets you climb from a seated position and provide support for rifle shooting.

The SD (Sound Deadening) finish has been fitted to new models since 2012 and consists of filling the strategic hollow parts of the treestand with sound-absorbing foam for even quieter use.

Built to last, the 180 Max SD is covered by Summit's 5-YEAR limited warranty.

This sound deadening technology works by filling critical areas of the platform with expanding foam specifically designed to reduce unintentional noise caused by movement on the platform.

Summit QuickDraw® Cable Retention System: An important innovation in the use of self-climbing tree stands. It is the fastest and quietest cable retention system ever invented. Once the cable has been sized for the diameter of the trees, all you have to do is insert the cable into the QuickDraw® bracket on the suspension arm, pull the "safety trigger" and the cable locks securely in place. Simple, no need for pins, nuts or bolts, and absolutely safe and silent!
